For some reason, every Saturday I somehow still think that I am entitled to some sort of a vacation from my "job." Not suprisingly it doesn't quite work out that way and by about half way through the day I start feeling very sorry for myself because I don't get a day off. Huh.
And on top of all of that, all my blogging friends must actually have lives because very few actually post or read my posts on Saturday. Very depressing.
Anyone else experience the Saturday blues? Oh, never mind. None of you are there anyway. ;0)

aww! i am here! i too was wondering today why no one posts on saturdays...don't people know i'm still checking blogs? :) sorry you don't get much of a day off, but at least you know you have blog fans out there who care what you're up to!
Whenever I ask for a day off, I get the opposite and have Steve hospitalized or he has surgery or sotmething...You'd think I'd learn.
Oh, I totally feel your pain on this one....we NEED a day off, a change in routine, and little time to do something of our own. And not just every once in a while...every week would be fabulous. But unfortunately our work never takes weekends or holidays....but it's totally worth it (most of the time :) Happy Mother's day to you!!
Oh, and I'm excited for you that your Cafe Rio is opening soon...yummers!
