Okay, so apartments. Yeah. Last Sunday night, water starts poring into our bathroom through the vent in the ceiling-- toilet water. Stinky toilet water. Brownish-yellow stinky toilet water. And because it is falling from the ceiling all the way to the floor, it is splashing EVERYWHERE!!!
Then, for the past few weeks I have been hearing a drip behind one of our walls. I called it in to the office. They found a leak in the upstairs apartment and thought that would fix it. It didn't. I called again. They checked my dishwasher-- no leak. Everyone thought I was losing my mind. Leak still not fixed. Then last night, water starts oozing out of my wall where our telephone jack is. I call in again. Maitenance comes again. The upstairs AC unit is leaking into our wall and now we have mold growing on our ceiling, mold under our carpet, sheetrock damage, holes in our walls. Ummm, yeah. I am LOVING apartments!

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry! What are they going to do about it? oh, I feel so bad! I can't believe stinky toilet water was pouring into your bathroom.
Leis!!! What the crap! They need to get you into a different apartment and move all your stuff for you!! That could cost you a lot of money!
Yucky!! That sounds awful. I'm sorry to hear that you are having to go through with all of this. But like your most recent post said, you have pool and chocolate chip cookies to cheer you up! Good luck!

blahhhhh i totally feel for you! you know we've dealt with plenty of our own apartment drama :( i guess our new place isnt THAT bad b/c we don't have poop water pouring down on us. yet.
can you come to orem and help me settle into utah? :) or maybe we could meet up halfway.
