Okay, so I found this (simple) awesome recipe on Kraftfoods.com for truffles!!! I didn't know that you could MAKE truffles-- at least not without HOURS of work. I tried three different kinds. . . Oreo, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Raspberry Chocolate (my favorite!). I am not much of a cook, but these were easier to make than I imagined and turned out rather well, even the first time. Perfect for Christmas treats!!! Thanks for the web sites. I tried chocolate raspberry truffles at See's Candy on my birthday - so yummy! what a fun idea to try and make them on my own!
