Healthy Popsicles

We recently had a family home evening about the Word of Wisdom and decided that we are eating too many treats. So we made up a sticker chart and if we don't eat any treats each day we put up a sticker. If we do well all week, on Friday we get to each pick a treat. The girls are really great at it (so far). Every time we are at the store they remind me, "No treats!" Kamber (my little sweettooth) gave me a hard time on Thursday because I bought a cake mix to make for someone I was bringing dinner to. I am so proud of them! (Oh, the power of stickers!)



But, being that it is spring (some days), we have been enjoying eating popsicles (especially Kendi). So, I came up with a little idea that works for both our sticker chart and our love of popsicles-- healthy popsicles!

I purchased one of these little doo-hickeys,
poured in some Juicy Juice and voila! Healthy popsicles! They even taste really good.
