Okay, so first one of the ladies had her daughter's help in locking her baby in her car, along with the keys. I felt so bad for her! Things like that are so much harder on the mom I think than the kids. So the firemen came and rescued her and they were so fast! And the kids all loved the firetruck and firemen. They were great with all the kids. A big thanks for all the fabulous firemen out there!
So before this huge episode, I managed to trip on my own shoe and fall pretty hard on the cement. Fortunately, I didn't land on my tummy/baby! After suffering through sports day (thanks so much Sharlene for your fabulous talents!), I went home and told my medical husband that I couldn't move my arm. He sent me to the ER. So I spent the entire day at the ER (of course it was a busy day!). I came home with a fractured elbow, but a safe and sound baby. Whew! But who ever thought about worrying about breaking your own arm at the park! Aren't you only supposed to have to worry about your kids? Crazy life! (I would love to type more about my thoughts, but it is hard to type with one hand!)

Wow...locking a kid in the car is a scary thought for me! You always think of the worst in those situations. And then falling when pregnant....no fun! I slipped down ice covered stairs when prego with Brampton and I started to freak out! I seriously thought I had hurt him somehow! Luckily, nothing happened (besides a painful bum). I can't believe you fractured your arm! Crazy. I hope it heals quickly.
So sorry you hurt your arm. Is it in a sling? How long do you have to keep it immobile? Glad everything else is okay.
Leisel!!! I'm so sorry! How did you stand to stay at the park?! I would have been crying!! What a crazy accident. I'm glad the baby is okay. Hopefully you will have a quick recovery!
Ok, I have to admit when I read that you tripped and fell on the cement my first reaction was laughing, I'm sorry. When I read it, it didn't register Leisel, pregnant. The picture was you not pregnant and falling. I just can't picture you doing that but I can picture me so I started laughing. I'm so sorry! Please don't hate me. But I'm so glad baby is ok and I'm sorry that you hurt your arm and hope it heals fast.
